All orders will be processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, weekends and official holidays excluded).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing may be slightly delayed during peak shopping seasons; we will send email notifications for long delays. - Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time
We only deliver orders to the United States.
Estimated transit time after shipment: 7–15 business days.
Delivery time is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, which may be affected by logistics delays, weather or carrier issues. - Shipping Fee
We charge a flat standard shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders, no free shipping offer available.
The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed on your checkout page before payment confirmation. - Package Tracking
Once your goods are dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email with unique tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox.
Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update after shipment. You can track your parcel via the link attached in the email. - Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address
Please double-check your complete delivery address (street, state, zip code) before payment.
We will not resend or provide refunds for parcels lost, returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. - Lost or Damaged Packages
